Undivided: Our New Series on James
James is a strongly worded New Testament letter written to a group of believers going through some very hard times. It offers us an unrelenting call to live a life of UNDIVIDED devotion and faithfulness to Christ.

This past Sunday was our first Sunday without our (former 
) worship leader Dan Rose. I wanted to share a bit of Dan’s non-SaviorCC related work for those of you haven’t had the privilege of seeing Dan perform life. So here is a clip of Dan playing his original song “ThoughtCrime.”

Our second Cup23 event was great. Thanks to everyone who came out. Big thanks to our performers. They were all outstanding. Huge thanks to our wonderful Cup23 staff who work so hard and bring great energy and enthusiasm to the work. We couldn’t have a better team! (By the way, I don’t have any pics of Rachel Brown’s performance. Send them in if you got them! I hear she did awesome.)

ESV Study Bible Online (full version) for Free!
The publishers of the ESV Study Bible are making the online version free for the month of March:
Crossway is pleased to make the ESV Online Study Bible available free–for anyone and everyone–for a limited time beginning today, March 2 through March 31, 2009.
As many of you have already experienced, the the ESV Online Study Bible provides numerous interactive features in addition to those found in the print edition, enabling readers to:
- Record personal notes, reflections, and links
- Click hyperlinked cross references
- Search by verse, topic, or keyword
- Digitally highlight Bible passages or key words with various colors
- Listen to audio of passages
For full access and free trial use of these features for one month, users can create a login and password at www.esvstudybible.org/online. Email information will not be shared, nor will there be any obligation to purchase.
Could this be a precursor to offering paid subscriptions to the site? Geeks can pray. I know that my students and the folks at Savior would both go for an inexpensive yearly fee, or one time registration price (instead of purchasing a hard copy which comes with a key to unlock the online features). My experience is that a lot of folks hardly use the hard cover after they log into the online version because it is so awesome.
Help us promote Cup23 Coffee House Ministry
We’re having our first ever Cup23 Coffee House event Saturday, March 7th at 7:00pm. There will be a $4 cover charge at the door and cake/cookies/coffee/etc for donation. As usual our advertising budget is zero, so please help us promote it in the community and among your friends.
Here are three easy ways you can help us promote it:
